Hello there ~
I’m Gracelyn, a passionate triple threat with a zest for creativity & the environment!
Currently based in Tacoma, Washington.
On the screen, I’ve had the opportunity to play both leading and supporting roles in films across multiple genres including coming of age, horror, and psycho-thriller!
I’ve enhanced my acting skills in Seattle at Rekindle School, and in New York, where I trained for the past 5 months with Russell Acting Studios and The Barrow Group.
These classes focused on character range development and scene study for both film and theater.
With over a decade of dance training in styles ranging from ballet, jazz, and contemporary to pointe, heels, and acro, I bring versatility and physicality to my performances.
My spark for performing ignited when I won a raffle in elementary school that gifted me free ukulele lessons. From there, I branched out to other performance realms like choir, school theater, and dance! Over the years, I self taught myself piano and electric bass, continually searching for new ways to express my creativity.
Outside of the arts, I have a degree in conservation biology and ecology. I have spent many hours in the field, on boats, and in the awesome oceanography, geology, and environmental chemistry research labs at the University of Washington. My first love will always be performing, but the environment holds a special place in my heart.
I also really love languages! I took French for five years throughout school, and have been teaching myself Korean, Spanish, and Sign Language in my free time.
